40 Days of Clear Consuming: Mushroom Leek Risotto

Substances:

  • 3½ cups vegetable or rooster broth
  • 5-8 ounces contemporary mushrooms, sliced or diced
  • 1 leek, white half solely, sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup arborio rice
  • ¼ cup white wine
